Ready to #TrainLikeAnAngel? The VS Angels — AKA some of the world’s most fit supermodels — have revealed their secret workout techniques as they all work to get in perfect shape for the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show in Paris this December. WATCH and learn!
Thanksgiving might be behind us, but all that means is that the holiday season (really, the eating season) is in full swing. We need workout tips now more than ever, and luckily Michael Olajide Jr, co-founder of Aerospace, has told The Telegraph exactly how the Angels train at his center to get ready for the big catwalk.
“The girls generally start training a month before the casting and should they be chosen, they continue to train, often upping the intensity until the show,” Michael explained. “Nutrition is an important part of the process. The goal is to have the greatest show body they can for the purpose of wearing lingerie.” See, it doesn’t happen overnight!
“Every girl is different. There are girls that work with me twice a day and there are girls that alternate days with yoga or ballet,” Michael added. “Every body is truly unique.” So true!

As for what the Angels like to listen to during their intense workouts? “Adriana loves house, classic rock, and even hip hop,” Michael revealed. “Kelly Gale loves hip hop, but tends to go with anything that’s playing. And Bridget [Malcom] is exclusively a 70/80’s girl.” Love it!
