Kanye West’s condition is allegedly more serious than exhaustion and sleep deprivation, according to a new report, Nov. 22. The rapper is reportedly on suicide watch, and apparently ‘screamed’ that people were trying to kill him before being hospitalized, Nov. 21. Get the alleged frightening details here.
While it hasn’t been confirmed what the exact reason for Kanye West’s hospitalization is, there’s new details in the 39-year-old’s alleged “erratic behavior” before he was taken for care. The rapper is reportedly on suicide watch, due to his “crazy and delusional” behavior before being transported to UCLA Medical Center, according to Radar Online. Kanye is allegedly “having hallucinations, and is paranoid,” a reported insider told the site. Right before being taken to the hospital the site claims he “screamed” that people were trying to kill him. Omg.
This report comes right after Kanye went on a bizarre rant seemingly claiming his on-again, off-again friend, Jay Z, 46, had “killers” after him. When ‘Ye showed up 90 minutes late to his Sacramento concert, Nov. 19, he had some outspoken words for the crowd that happened to be similar to Radar’s report. “I’ve been sent here to give y’all my truth — even at the risk of my own life, my own success, my own career,” Kanye told the stunned audience. “I’ve been sent here to give y’all the truth. Jay Z, call me, bruh! You still ain’t call me! Jay Z, call me! I know you got killers. Please don’t send them at my head! Just call me! Talk to me like a man!,” he shockingly said. Wow.
Right now, a nov. 21 report claims Kanye was allegedly placed on a 5150 psychiatric hold by his personal doctor, Dr. Michael Farzam, before he called 911 on ‘Ye, according to a police report obtained by TMZ. Dr. Farzam apparently referred to Kanye as a male patient “with mental illness” during the phone call, allegedly adding, that ‘Kanye was suffering from “temporary psychosis due to sleep deprivation and dehydration.” After a paramedic arrived to the scene, he sent out a call to the fire department, describing the situation as a “psychiatric emergency.” Kanye also reportedly attempted to assault a staff member at his gym earlier that day.
Kanye was reportedly at his trainer, Harley Pasternak’s, home when his doctor allegedly arrived to treat the rapper for extreme exhaustion and sleep deprivation. Yeezy reportedly declined to be transported to UCLA Medical Center, resulting in police having to restrain him before taking him to the seek care, according to the TMZ report. This is so scary.
Regardless of the many reports, it has not been confirmed that Kanye suffers from a mental illness. The exact reason for his hospitalization has not yet been verified, and it has not been confirmed that an alleged assault of a staff member at a gym occured. We will keep you updated on Kanye’s situation, as the story develops.
