Donald Trump can’t seem to put his Twitter finger down. On Nov. 20 he took to social media to slam the latest ‘Saturday Night Live’ sketch mocking him, led by Alec Baldwin impersonating the president-elect. But Alec was ready to clap back with a seriously epic diss compared to Donald’s ‘nothing funny at all’ statement. Check out their Twitter war here!
“I watched parts of @nbcsnl Saturday Night Live last night. It is a totally one-sided, biased show – nothing funny at all. Equal time for us?” Donald Trump, 70, tweeted on Nov. 20, the morning after the latest episode of Saturday Night Live aired. Donald had been mocked mercilessly on the sketch show the night before, just as he was all throughout the election season. But, just as he was not amused then, he is clearly still not a fan, taking to Twitter AGAIN to throw a fit about it. But Alec Baldwin, 58, who perfectly impersonates Donald on SNL, came to the show’s aid after Donald’s latest attack.
Election is over. There is no more equal time. Now u try 2 b Pres + ppl respond. That's pretty much it.

“…@realDonaldTrump. Equal time? Election is over. There is no more equal time. Now u try 2 b Pres + ppl respond. That’s pretty much it,” Alec tweeted. AMEN. There is no reason they need to give “equal time” to both political parties at this point. Donald is president-elect, and the people, whether he likes it or not, have a right to freedom of speech.
Donald does seem to be having a hard time with this concept though, seeing as on Nov. 19 he tried to get the cast of Hamilton: An American Musical to apologize to vice president-elect Mike Pence, 57, after they gave a speech to him after a performance he attended. Donald took to Twitter then as well. And if you know anything about how much people love Hamilton, then you can guess how people took that attack. Looks like Donald may need to develop a thicker skin and “try to be president” and let “people respond.”
HollywoodLifers, what did you think of Alec’s response to Donald? Let us know.
