Kanye West blew us away on Nov. 17 when he went on a 40 minute rant during his Saint Pablo Tour about his support for Donald Trump. Now, a source tells HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY whether or not he would perform at Donald’s inauguration. Here’s the scoop.
Kanye West, 39, left fans stunned on Nov. 17 when he launched into a speech about why he endorses Donald Trump, 70, during a concert. Now, it sounds like he’s willing to take his support a step further and actually perform at Donald’s inauguration ceremony on Jan. 20, 2017. He must have been inspired by Vince Neil’s performance announcement the same day!
“Kanye wouldn’t mind rapping and performing at Trump’s inauguration,” an insider told HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY. “He thinks it would be epic and loves the fact Trump’s about to change the game of politics as we know it.”
The only thing that’s standing in Kanye’s way is actually being invited to perform. “He wants the President-Elect to ask him!” the source explained. “Kanye would love to just show up, unannounced, and be the center of attention when Trump’s being sworn in but because Yeezy has respect for the office, and for Trump, he’d prefer a personal invitation.”
While his wifey Kim Kardashian, 36, is afraid that his support of Donald will hurt their family brand, Kanye doesn’t share those concerns. “Yeezy’s not worried about his fans being mad either,” said the source. “‘Ye knows it’s impossible to please everyone and believes he has every right to support any President he chooses.” Well that’s definitely true, but after his ionic “George Bush doesn’t care about black people” comment, we never thought he would vote for another Republican.
