She slays! Alicia Keys nailed her performance of ‘Holy War’ on ‘The Voice,’ wowing the audience and looking as gorgeous as ever. We have the video, and all of the details, here.
We were so excited when we found out that Alicia Keys, 35, would be performing her AMAZING song, “Holy War,” for the first time on The Voice stage, which is so fitting because she has been such an incredible coach this season. Her brand new single is from her new sixth studio album, Here, and seriously, it’s so good. Alicia came out ready to absolutely stun, wearing a sexy black skirt and a sheer black top, and looking beyond flawless in her amazing outfit. She went make-up free and wore her hair curly as she took her place at her signature piano.

The Grammy winner told the audience that she was originally going to sing her hit song “Blended Family,” but that she changed her mind to “Holy War” at the last minute “because of what’s going on right now.” During her performance, which also featured mentor Adam Levine playing guitar, mentor Miley Cyrus could be seen mouthing the words from her seat! Not only was Miley loving it, but seriously, the whole audience was.
We LOVED her performance, and it just makes us want to listen to every song from her new album right now! Can we also talk about how beautiful Alicia looks when she goes make-up free? We love that she chose to do this for her performance, and we just think that it is so beyond fitting for the song and its important message. We can always count on Alicia to slay every time she takes the stage.
