After what seemed like forever, ‘Scream Queens’ has returned! Yes, last you saw, Chanel No. 5 was seemingly killed at a Halloween party — but JK she survived. This week picked up right where that picked up.
After finding Denise Hempfield’s body (well, she was pretty much dead), Munsch decided to place her inside a freezer he had created that would hopefully help save her life. Meanwhile, the investigation of the Halloween massacre didn’t shut down the hospital; instead, the press brought a ton of business.
Meanwhile, Zayday continued to investigate who the baby was that the woman in 1985 was carrying; her prime suspect was Candy Striper Chamberlain, especially after Munsch revealed she never even hired him and didn’t know how he got there. Anyway, with the help of Chanel No. 5 (yes, she lived somehow and was now in a ton of casts), she went searching for the mother. They found her, and while she was white, her husband was black so they assumed that meant the baby could indeed be Chamberlain.
Chanel and No. 2 were now in charge of the dirty work in prison, which obviously didn’t work. So she hired new Chanels to do it, and to protect her from the green devil. Two patients became Chanel No. 7 and Chanel No. 8, and then there was Tristan, ie., Chanel Pour-homme, who was Chanel’s biggest fan and stalker who wrote lesbian fanfic to them while they were in prison. Oh yeah, and Hester, who convinced her that because she has the mind of a killer, she can protect them. In order to save themselves, the Chanels decided to send No. 8 as bate for the devil. However, Tristan wanted the “chocker” they claimed was down there, so he was killed instead.
The last moments of the show revealed that Cascade (yes, Taylor Lautner) was the baby. His mother informed her son that girls from the hospital came by asking about his father; not to worry, he said he’d take care of it. So, is he the killer?
