Brad Pitt is surely over the moon now that he’s been cleared of any child abuse allegations, so when will he finally be able to see his six kids with Angelina Jolie without a monitor present? HollywoodLife.com spoke EXCLUSIVELY to a family attorney who thinks that time is coming soon!
“Now that Brad Pitt has been cleared of child abuse, he legally should be able to see the kids without a monitor. However, if he signed a stipulation with Angelina that requires him to have supervised visits, then so long as that stipulation is in place he will have to have a monitor. I would think that his lawyers protected him, so that once the DCFS case is closed he doesn’t need a monitor,” Family lawyer David Pisarra tells HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY. Whew! This must be such a relief for the actor to finally see his kids on his own terms without someone watching over him!
“Even though the FBI investigation is still ongoing, it should not impact Brad’s ability to have unmonitored visits with his children. The DCFS’ job is to protect the children and the FBI is looking for federal level violations and those don’t generally involve intra-family parenting issues, unless there was a parental kidnapping, which is not present in this case. Now that the DCFS has cleared Brad of child abuse, it wouldn’t surprise me if the FBI makes a public announcement very soon that the investigation is closed,” he added.
In what’s got to be great news for Brad, the FBI claims that there is no official investigation going on, telling HollywoodLife.com that, “The FBI is continuing to gather facts and will evaluate whether an investigation at the federal level will be pursued.” Off the record they added that the agency has no role in whether or not the Allied star can see his kids supervised or unsupervised because they’re a completely separate entity from the DCFS. So it looks like it’s just a matter of time before Brad finally gets to see his six kids on his own without any supervision! We’re sure he’s counting the days for that to happen, as he hasn’t had that kind of precious time since Angelina filed for divorce back in September.
HollywoodLifers, when do you think Brad will finally see his kids without a supervisor?
