Finally, something positive to come out of this election! Some remarkable soul has started the #BidenMeme trend on Twitter, and birthed from it hundreds of imagined convos in which Joe Biden tries to convince President Obama that they should troll Donald Trump. Click through to see the hilarious tweets!
Please, please let these conversations be real. Everybody’s fun uncle, Vice President Joe Biden, is now a meme, and we’re pretty sure he’d be thrilled to hear it. The scenario is simple but hilarious: find an unassuming photo of President Obama looking serious or contemplative, and Biden looking totally chill. It’s pretty much every photo they’ve taken together. And imagine the conversation in which Biden is trying to coax Obama into playing mean pranks on president-elect Donald Trump when he arrives at the White House.
It’s not really a far-fetched scenario. Biden’s a goofy, lovable force in politics who clearly loves Obama a heck of a lot. They’re best buddies! And he’s not leaving the White House without a fight, apparently. The memes, first created by SkyNews’ Mollie Goodfellow (@hansmollman) are absolutely incredible. It’s a whole new world now that Trump has been elected our next president. But one thing won’t change; Obama and Biden’s friendship will forever be strong, bonded together by eight years in the White House and at least one year of plotting Home Alone-style booby traps throughout the grounds. For goodness sake; the men even have friendship bracelets with their names on them! While they may not be happy about the changes the new administration is bringing, like making RNC Chairman Reince Priebus Chief of Staff, they can at least talk behind Trump and Pence’s backs like everyone else.
