As if life wasn’t already crazy enough for Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie’s six kids, they now have to live through their parents’ highly-publicized divorce — and they’re totally over it. In fact, they’re begging their mom and dad to just let them have a normal life, even if it means living with a relative, HollywoodLife.com has EXCLUSIVELY learned!
Angelina Jolie’s brother, James Haven, has been helping her with the kids ever since she filed for divorce from Brad Pitt, 52, in September, and now, being with their Uncle James seems to be the most comfortable thing for the children.
“[The kids] are beginning to ask if they can live with Uncle James or any other relative,” an insider tells HollywoodLife.COM EXCLUSIVELY. “They just want to be normal like their friends.” As we EXCLUSIVELY reported, the children, particularly Maddox and Pax, are super upset over how everything’s been going down with their parents, and we don’t blame them for wanting a bit more normalcy.
A month and a half after Angelina filed for divorce asking for sole physical custody of the kids, Brad finally responded to her documents, requesting joint custody on Nov. 4. And while it was reported days later that Angie had gotten her way, with the actor only getting supervised visitation with the kids, it turns out there has been no official settlement. Instead, the terms are still based on the temporary agreement they came up with, which had recently been extended.
The agreement was put into place while the 52-year-old is being investigated by the Department of Child and Family Services following an alleged altercation between him and 15-year-old Maddox in September, during which he allegedly got physically and verbally abusive. Once the DCFS completes its investigation, a recommendation will be made based on what’s best for the children.
HollywoodLifers, do you think Brangelina’s kids should live with their Uncle James?
