We’ll tell you what’s on our instant replay list! Little Mix just dropped a new single from their forthcoming album, and we can’t stop listening to it! Not only is “You Gotta Not” a jam session waiting to happen, but it also tells an amazing story!

The upbeat track sounds similar to TLC’s “No Scrubs,” being that the girl charismatically sings about not wanting to deal with a guy who acts like a boy and doesn’t even have a job. “I need a man, a man who can act like a man / So hear me now, I don’t get paid to babysit no one,” the girl group sings on the hook. You tell ’em girls!

While the track is definitely every sassy girl’s anthem who is fed up with their good-for-nothing significant other,  we can’t help but wonder if the track, which was actually written by Meghan Trainor, is about Leigh-Anne Pinnock’s, 25, tragic break up with her longtime BF Jordan Kiffin, 27.

Leigh-Anne and Jordan called it quits in July 2016, after three years of dating. And although the two cited Leigh-Anne’s busy schedule and “growing apart” as the cause for the break up, their split sounds like the perfect ingredients to make the girl group’s next hit!

“You Gotta Not” is coming from Little Mix’s forthcoming album, Glory Days, which is set to drop on Nov. 18. The track is a follow  up to “Shout Out To My Ex,” which is allegedly a song about Perrie Edward’s, 23, very public break up with then-One Direction band member, Zayn Malik, 23.  So it sounds like the girls found their theme for this album! There haven’t been any additional break ups in the group, but two splits seems like enough to cover at least a dozen songs. We’ll be really interested to hear whether the girls address their personal lives when Glory Days drops next month in November!
