It’s the night the Cleveland Cavaliers have been waiting for since taking home their very first NBA championship back in June. Before their season opener, the guys were presented with their winning rings and boy are they massive! They’re covered in sparkling diamonds with the team’s big “C” logo in the middle. Of course the man who helped bring home the trophy for the Cavs LeBron James, 31, had the honors of speaking and he showed his massive Cleveland pride!
“This night, none of us will ever forget. None of us. Anybody in this building, anybody in this community, anybody in this state, anybody that’s got ties to Cleveland or northeast Ohio. From this building to next door where our guys are opening the World Series,” he told the cheering fans inside the Q Arena. “At this point if you aren’t from here, live here play here, dedicate your self to Cleveland and it makes no sense for you to live at this point. Cleveland against the world!” he declared and the hometown crowd went totally berserk!

The ring must have given him some super powers because Bronnie’s play against the Knicks was INSANE! He became the first player in ten years to record a triple-double on opening night of play with his monster 19 points, 14 assists and 11 rebounds. The last time anyone achieved that was Jason Kidd back in 2006. There’s no doubt LeBron and the Cavs want to bring home back to back championships with the 2016-2017 season and they’re totally off to a killer start, stomping the Knicks 117-88.
HollywoodLifers, do you think the Cavaliers will bring home another championship this season?
