Justin Bieber made a few enemies onstage in Manchester on Oct. 23 when he literally told fans to stop screaming in his honor in between songs. He got so angry that he dropped the mic and walked off stage, in between crazy rants about why he’s against cheering. WATCH right here!
Justin Bieber, 22, ranted at fans onstage during his concert at Manchester Arena in the United Kingdom, and it wasn’t pretty. WATCH above!
“I appreciate the kind things…but the screaming during these breaks — it’s gotta stop,” Justin said at his show. “I don’t think it’s necessary. I want to be able to say something and you guys are screaming.” Well, yeah, the fans are in love with you, Justin!
Still, the “Sorry” singer got so furious that he dropped the microphone and walked off the stage as the crowd started booing.
When he returned several minutes later, JB continued to hammer his point home. “I want to connect with you,” Justin pleaded. “My point of the ‘no screaming’ thing is so when I look you in the eyes, you know we’re having a connection, so it’s not me trying to be an a**hole,” he added. Uh huh.
“I just thought I could have a moment of trying to say something,” he said in another video, via TMZ. “I’ll just get to singing if you don’t want to hear me speak — I don’t mind cutting the bullsh*t. I don’t need to talk. I’m just trying to engage, but if you guys don’t want to do that…” Very mature.
Finally, Justin seemed to imply that the crowd couldn’t “handle” his brilliant oration. “Manchester, you guys are awesome…[but] I’m not gonna talk — obviously, Manchester just can’t handle it.” Yikes.
