Amy Schumer riled up the crowd at her Tampa Bay show on October 16, with her wild jokes — but not in a good way. Hundreds of fans booed her and walked out, all because she joked about Donald Trump! Click through to watch!
Amy Schumer, 35, pissed off a crowd of Donald Trump‘s supporters in the audience of her comedy show in Tampa Bay, Florida on October 16. Amy totally slammed the GOP presidential candidate during her set, calling him a “orange, sexual-assaulting, fake-college-starting monster,” among many other insults. That was the beginning of her (very funny) siege.
Amy called up a Trump supporter onstage, and asked him why he was voting Trump in the election. She made fun of the man, jokingly, but Amy, an ardent Hillary Clinton supporter who has campaigned extensively for her, rubbed the audience the wrong way when she asked: “Do you get worried at all with how impulsive he is, that he gets so fired up from Saturday Night Live doing a skit on him?” she asked the man. “Do you worry he’ll be impulsive and get us in a lot of f**king trouble we can’t get out of?”
When people in the audience started making noise, she announced that she would kick anyone out that refuses to stay quiet and let her finish, and that security would enforce that. The crowd started getting louder, and booed Amy! “Of course, we’re in Florida, you’re going to boo,” Amy said. “I know you’re here to laugh, but you choose how you’re going to live your life, and it’s just too important.”
About 200 members of the 10,000 people in the audience walked out of the show, booing her along the way. Yikes! We’re pretty sure Amy’s going to be the next target of Trump’s anger at the “biased media.”
HollywoodLifers, are you shocked that people walked out of Amy’s show? Tell us in the comments!
