Look out, Amber Rose! The model and talk show host proved that FaceTiming can be dangerous as she totally wiped out during a star-studded commercial for Beats’ new line of wireless headphones. Click to watch.
The ad features Disney’s Pinocchio singing “I’ve Got No Strings,” and Amber, 32, better hope she “got no compound fractures” after taking a tumble while exiting the elevator while talking with a friend. Thankfully, she recovers beautifully though next time, she better look down!
Seems Amber doesn’t need strings to trip her up, and the rest of the huge stars in this promo for Beats x, Beats Solo 3 Wireless, and Powerbeats 3 Wireless proves that it’s nice to move around without having to deal with dangling and tangling chords.
DJ Khaled, 40, is the dopest gardener as he waters his plants along with the music, while Steve Buscemi, 58, turns his flight into a classy dance party. Plus, new dad (and all-time Olympic great) Michael Phelps, 31, proves that with a newborn, he doesn’t have a spare hand to carry around a mp3 player or phone.
Young M.A., 24, fresh off her stellar performance at the BET Hip Hop Awards, gets her flirt on while rocking a new pair of Beats, as does Rebel Wilson, 36. Nice. Nicki Minaj, 33, and Pharrell, 43, are also feeling themselves as they show the versatility of the new line, along with many more!
This new line of Beats may go perfectly with the brand new iPhone 7. The new design emphasizes the use of wireless, Bluetooth headphones (or Apple Air Pods.) The announcement that Apple was ditching the analog headphone jack had some worried. The company assured customers that, with a special adapter, anyone can use their old headphones. Still, after seeing these Beats in action, it might be time to upgrade?
Speaking of upgrades, there might be more iPhone 7 users on the market thanks to Samsung’s explosive Galaxy Note 7. The Android device became the hottest new product – literally – when faulty batteries caused the phone to explode! It’s gotten so bad that it’s a federal crime to bring the phone on an airplane. Yikes! Well, if someone has an iPhone or a Galaxy (or even a Droid) there’s definitely a pair of wireless Beats headphone to fit their lifestyle. Just be careful when using them while facetiming or taking a selfie.
What do you think about the new lines of Beats, HollywoodLifers? Are you going to get a pair? Did you think the commercial was funny?
