Did a little girl have a doobie in her kid’s meal?! A mom in Ohio took to Facebook to announce that a Wendy’s in Dayton put weed in her daughter’s french fries. Read the crazy story right here!
In a post including several pictures of the supposedly weed-infested fries, Dezeray Risner angrily explained that her 4-year-old daughter Adrienne started complaining that her food was “nasty” as they were driving. “So I reach my arm back and tell her to spit it in my hand,” she wrote. “She did and I look at it, there is MARIJUANA in her French fries!! Not only marijuana, but a cigarillo wrap too!! My FOUR YEAR OLD CHILD WAS CHEWING ON SOMEONES BLUNT!”
There’s definitely some green substance on the fries in the pics, and Dezeray said you could “smell plain as day” that it was in fact pot. She immediately called the Dayton, Ohio, Wendy’s location to complain to a manager, and the woman who answered apparently laughed and said she’d need to bring the contaminated fries in to “determine if it needs to be taken to the general manager.” This did not make Dezeray feel any better about the weed in her daughter’s fries — so she filed a police report about it!
When the responding officer took a look at the evidence, he said there was a strong odor of marijuana, according to WHIO in Ohio. Although some of the Wendy’s employees admitted that they smoke weed, the officer didn’t find any on them at the time of the investigation. Unfortunately police think it’ll be pretty tough to determine whether the pot actually came from Wendy’s. Even before the police search, people were accusing Dezeray of lying and using her own weed to make the shocking claims, but she insists she would never do that.
“I do NOT care who does or does not believe the incident happened,” Dezeray wrote in a follow-up Facebook post. “At the end of the day she is MY daughter and it will forever be my responsibility to protect her with everything I have.”
