“The Roundhouse Kick engages your core (from turning and using your core to generate power for the kick), as well as working your lower body every time you make contact.
An Uppercut engages your obliques (from turning and using your core to generate power for the punch), as well as working your upper body.
A jab, cross, hook punch is a combination that will give you the ability to tone the upper arms, shoulders and chest. Performing these combinations over a two to five-minute span of time will also get your heart pumping.”
