It’s going to take hard work and dedication, but it’s possible to get a butt just like Kim Kardashian’s! New York Muscle Radio hosts Pete Khatcherian and Anthony Bevilacqua stopped by the HollywoodLife Podcast to explain how to get that amazing look! Click through for the scoop!
Undoubtedly, one of the things Kim Kardashian, 35, is most famous for is her incredible butt. She looks amazing no matter what she wears, and when she’s wearing nothing! And when she’s on Instagram, that tends to happen a lot! There’s plenty you can do at the gym to get that shapely behind too, Pete and Anthony told HollywoodLife.com.
“With the Kardashians, it’s their job to look good and be in incredible shape. They hire trainers to teach them how to squat and deadlift. They have nutritionists that cook for them. You may not have that luxury,” Anthony told us. “I would definitely recommend squats (to look like Kim). Squats by far, it’s going to be the best exercise and you should do it multiple times a week. The glutes are the biggest muscles of the body.”
“When you squat, you use over 286 different muscles in your body,” Pete said.
“And the deadlift,” Anthony added. “It’s sort of the same, but it’s lifting the bar up from the ground. The bar is completely on the ground and you keep your back in a straight position and then you stand up. Squeeze the glutes and pull the weight up from the floor.”
Sounds hard, but it seems like it’ll be worth it! As with any healthy lifestyle, diet is a big part of achieving your goals. Anthony and Pete are all about what they’ve called “flexible dieting.” You can still have pizza! You read that right!
“Your diet is very important to in addition to these exercises. 70% of what you see in the mirror is based off what your nutrition. Ever see that saying ‘abs are made in the kitchen not the gym.’ That’s body fat,” Anthony said.
“If you want to see a good example as far as nutrition, the way we like to describe it is flexible dieting,” Pete explained. “A lot of people who are not familiar with that type of dieting; they think if you eat pizza you will automatically get fat. People associate certain foods with fat gain. The real science behind it though is calories in versus calories out. It’s very similar to weight training. As far as restricting yourself, calories are more important than food sources.”
