Ding ding ding, round two! Hillary Clinton, 68, and Donald Trump, 70, will face off once again on Oct. 9, when they meet up for their second debate at Washington University in St. Louis, MO. The big showdown will go down at 9 p.m. EST/ 6 p.m. PST, and the event will air on ever major network. Luckily, all you have to do is tune in above to hear what the candidates have to say!
This debate will be different from their first time going head-to-head on Sept. 26. While the last show was a traditional debate, Oct. 9’s will be town hall style, featuring questions from the audience and moderation by Anderson Cooper and Co-Anchor of This Week Martha Raddatz.
Clearly Donald was nervous about the new format, because he has never officially done a town hall on the campaign trail. To get a little extra practice, he planned a last-minute event in New Hampshire on Oct. 6 that took place in front of an invite-only audience of supporters.
Perhaps the extra preparation will help him be a little more ready for the second debate, because he did pretty poorly in the first while shouting insults, lies and denials. During his town hall, he complained that mic problems and unfair moderating were to blame for his blunders in the first big showdown. However, his work is cut out for him after a disgusting video was revealed on Oct. 7 showing him saying unforgivable things about women with Billy Bush. He claims the comments were “locker room talk,” but the voters are going to need more of an explanation. Tune in tonight to see what both candidates have to say!
