Looks like Donald Trump is trying to get some last-minute practice before his second face-off with Hillary Clinton. The GOP nominee planned a last-minute town hall in New Hampshire for Oct. 6, and you can watch it yourself with the live stream below!
The countdown is on to the second presidential debate, and Donald Trump is clearly feeling the pressure. After a lackluster performance in the first battle against Hillary Clinton on Sept. 26, the nominee quickly added a town hall to his campaign schedule on Oct. 6, which was only planned one day in advance and was closed to the public. Luckily, you can tune in to the live stream, presented by Right Side Broadcasting, above. The intimate event will being at 7pm EST in Sandown, New Hampshire.
Shockingly, this is the first true town hall of Donald’s campaign. He has done question-and-answer type events, but never a town hall. Since the second debate between Donald and Hillary on Oct. 9 will be town hall style and he has very little experience, it makes sense that he would want some more practice in a sympathetic arena. The event is invite-only so Donald knows no one will boo him or ask him something that will make him look dumb.
However, we’re sure Anderson Cooper won’t go easy on him during the real deal on Sunday, which is exactly what happened on Sept. 26. Donald certainly looked way less prepared, even-keeled, and likable than Hillary, tossing insults and her and Rosie O’Donnell while denying many of his previous statements and spouting non-facts. Perhaps the practice will pay off and Donald will be better in the next showdown, but judging by the last-minute event, he seems to be sweating.
