Terrible timing! Jenelle Evans’ boyfriend, David Eason, has found himself in trouble with the law, and now, the ‘Teen Mom 2’ star might have to go through her pregnancy ALONE! Read on to see why David has to serve 60 days in prison.
When Jenelle Evans, 24, announced in Aug. that she and David Eason are expecting their first child together, the last thing she expected was for their family dynamic to change so drastically! David was just trying to be a loving father when he approached his son Kaden at a grocery store in Mar., which sounds completely harmless, except for the fact that he was violating a domestic-violence protective order, according to the arrest warrant posted by Radar Online.
The order was issued by his ex-girlfriend, Olivia Leedham, in Oct. 2015. David lost custody of Kaden in 2014, after he allegedly made scary threats to Olivia. The protective order was meant to keep Kaden and any of Olivia’s family away from David. “Defendant was in the same location as his child who was out with his grandmother and aunt, when defendant approached same and hugged,” states the legal document. Kaden’s aunt and grandmother reportedly felt “frightened” when they saw David approaching, and so the judge had no choice but to sentence him to 60 days in jail.
Sadly, this isn’t the first time Jenelle has been left alone in the middle of a pregnancy. The MTV star shares son Kaiser with ex-fiancé Nathan Griffith, who ALSO went to jail while Jenelle had a bun in the oven. Nathan was sent to jail for driving with a suspended license. This has got to be a frustrating pattern for her! Thankfully, David is expected to complete his 60 days before Jenelle gives birth, since she’s only about 4/5 months pregnant. These boys better shape up or ship out before taking on the role of a father! No more jail business!
HollywoodLifers, how do you feel about David’s arrest? Was he being irresponsible?
