Justin Bieber could be in some hot water! A new report claims the singer has 30 days to get back to Miami, FL for a deposition! If the Biebs fails to get back in time, a judge will reportedly issue authorities to bring him in themselves! But, why is he apparently being summoned? Get the alleged details on what this could mean for his tour!
Justin Bieber, 22, is apparently under a red hot spotlight, once again. The singer has reportedly been ordered to return to his frequent vacay spot, Miami, FL, for a deposition involving a photog, TMZ reports. Justin’s body guards are supposedly being accused of attacking the alleged photog inside a Subway restaurant. The site reports that a judge “doesn’t care” if his reported appearance means halting his world tour. FYI, the Biebs is currently in Europe for a leg of his tour, and it doesn’t end until late November.
TMZ reports that Justin’s lawyers were in a crowded court room on his behalf, September 28, for the alleged case. They claim he has 30 days to get his gorgeous face back to Miami, according to court docs, or a judge will reportedly issue a “writ of bodily attachment.” That means, “sheriff’s deputies” will take him in, if he does not volunteer to enter himself.
The site says the photog’s attorney, Mark DiCowden, will apparently “grill” Justin on previous disputes with other photographers and fans. AND, they claim the reported deposition will be videotaped. SO, we’re not sure how this will turn out if it is all true. This is crazy! Could the “What Do You Mean” singer really be forced to leave his tour right now? We’ll just have to wait and see what happens!
In the meantime, the singer’s been enjoying himself in Europe, away from any old flames. However, some Norwegian fans were upset when they thought they heard him say they “suck” while walking past them September 27. It’s unclear if he even really said that, but you can decide. Watch that moment right here.
