Yikes! Brad Pitt life with his children could be completely turned upside down if Child Protective Services launches a full investigation into child abuse allegations. A top divorce attorney tells HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY that he could be under their microscope for up to a YEAR as to how he deals with his kids.
Right now, the ball is in Angelina’s s court with how this goes forward, as top CA. Divorce attorney David Pisarra tells HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY that she could file a restraining order, which would put Brad on limited supervised visits with his six kids. “If there is a CPS investigation that opens or ongoing during that 3 weeks, then the 21 days is extended until the investigation is over, which could take a year or longer.” OMG, if Brad is the subject of a year-long investigation, we can’t imagine how devastating that would be for his relationship with his kids. It would put such a painful strain on how he could spend time with them in a way that neither he or the children have ever experienced!
David goes on to tell us that once the investigation ends, “A judge will hear the CPS conclusions and make a judgement. During the CPS investigation the courts could order Brad attend a 52 week Parenting Class, Anger Management classes and possibly Alcoholics Anonymous meetings as well.” Wow, that would totally go along the lines with Angelina’s claims that Brad allegedly drinks too much and has anger and temper issues.
As of Sept. 22, Brad, hasn’t seen his children since Angelina, 41, filed for divorce back on Sept. 19 and made the bombshell allegations against the 52-year-old star. Angie is currently seeking sole physical custody of Maddox, 15, Pax, 12, Zahara, 11, Shiloh, 10, and twins Knox and Vivienne, eight, and is in hiding with the kids in a secret Malibu rental house, not letting Brad anywhere near them. This must be so confusing and devastating for those children right now.
