Kevin Spacey Brought A Really Hot Friend To The Emmys & Twitter Is Freaking Out

Who the heck is that hottie Kevin Spacey brought with him to the Emmy Awards?! That was one of the biggest questions during the show on Twitter Sept. 18 — and we have the answer for you. What’s the deal here, though?!

So it turns out that Kevin Spacey’s mystery man is a talent manager named Evan Lowenstein, 42, who was actually one half of the boy band, Evan & Jaron, from 1994-2003. The 42-year-old supposedly represents the House Of Cards star, and they’ve been seen together on multiple occasions, as they’re longtime friends.

But when cameras first flashed to the actor and his pal in the audience at the Emmys, confusion ensued, and Twitter immediately began blowing up with fans questioning who the hottie seated beside one of the night’s biggest stars was. Check out some of the tweets here:

Kevin was at the awards show with a nomination for Lead Actor in a Drama Series for his role as Frank Underwood in House Of Cards. He’s actually been up for the award every year since the 2013 show, although he has yet to take it home. This year, he lost to first-time winner, Rami Malek, from Mr. Robot.

Meanwhile, if you’re not familiar with Evan & Jaron, they’re brothers who are best known for their hit song “Crazy For This Girl,” which peaked at No. 15 on the Billboard Hot 100 charts in 2000. The guys released three albums in 1998, 2000 and 2004, and although they’ve made random appearances here and there in the time since, they haven’t consistently played or made music in the time since. But, clearly, Evan has found another way to spend his time that doesn’t seem too shabby, right?!

HollywoodLifers, what do you think of Kevin’s Emmys date? Were you surprised that that’s who he decided to bring?
