The Duchess of Cambridge looked effortlessly put together, all while showing off a new frock when she stepped out on Sept. 16. Kate Middleton, 34, visited the Stewards Academy school in Harlow, Essex, with her hubby, Prince William, and the couple’s visit was on behalf of their work with the Heads Together campaign. The royals learned more about the pressures faced by young people, especially when big life changes occur, like starting a new school.

Kate had us seeing spots in her frock, marking the first time we’ve ever seen the Duchess in this dress — and she looked divine! While the royal recycler is known for her savvy style finds we were excited to see her switch up her style on this occasion as she donned an Altuzarra dress that retails for $2,150. A side slit allowed the Duchess to show off a hint of her legs, while the neckline and short sleeves kept the style neat and chic — and we would expect nothing less from the Duchess!
This isn’t the first time Kate looked pretty in polka dots — in fact, the Duchess looked amazing when she stepped out after giving birth to Prince George in a bespoke baby blue polka dot Jenny Packham frock!
