The 68th Primetime Emmy Awards are right around the corner, and HollywoodLife.com is making sure you don’t miss a moment. Here’s where and when to watch all of your favorite TV stars strut their stuff on the red carpet and win at one of the biggest awards shows of the year!
The 2016 Emmy Awards arguably serve as the most important night in television, and this year, they fall on Sunday, Sept. 18. Here’s how you can watch them — don’t forget the popcorn!
The Primetime Emmy Awards will air live at 8:00 PM EST/5:00 PM PST on ABC from the Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles, CA. Of course, you’ll also want to tune into the red carpet, which will be at 6:30 PM EST. E! will also air red carpet coverage starting at 4:30 PM EST. We won’t judge you for watching in your sweats!
Don’t have a TV? No worries! TV subscribers can stream the show on ABC.com or via the ABC app.
This year’s awards show is hosted by pro Jimmy Kimmel, who previously held the gig in 2012. Last year’s ceremony was hosted by Andy Samberg, and we have to say we’ll miss the goofball, but Jimmy does a great job, too!
The show is sure to be incredible, with leading ladies Amy Schumer, Kate McKinnon, Kerry Washington and more up for awards. Some of our favorite shows, like Game of Thrones, Downton Abbey and Modern Family are also in the running — check out the full list of nominees right here! You’ll have to watch to see who takes home that coveted golden statue, and be sure to check back at HollywoodLife.com on Sunday for full coverage of the show.
