Even while Donald Trump is talking about his health, he still manages to throws shade at Hillary Clinton. While speaking to Dr. Oz, Donald said the U.S. president can’t ‘do the work if you’re not healthy.’ After Hill’s pneumonia scare, did Donald just drag her?
Donald, 70, was just as marveled at his clean-bill of health while appearing on the Sept. 15 episode of The Dr. Oz Show. Donald told Dr. Oz, 56, that since declaring his candidacy, he hadn’t taken a day off and has been hard at work to win the GOP’s nomination. While saying he was “lucky,” Donald also said that it was his duty to not get sick!
“I think you have an obligation to be healthy,” Donald said of running for president and serving in the Oval Office. “I don’t think you can do the work if you’re not healthy.” Huh. While Dr. Oz and Donald agreed that the Republican candidate wouldn’t talk about Hillary Clinton, 68, during his visit, that seemed to be a slam against her recent health issues.
Leave it to Donald to reveal his medical results on daytime television. “I view this, in a way, as going to my doctor,” he said. Following Hillary’s pneumonia scare, Donald wanted to make sure everyone knew he had a clean bill of health. In the episode, he whipped out a report from his recent physical for Dr. Oz to read.

The doctor discovered that Donald was taking a statin for his cholesterol, a medication typically used for people who have a greater risk of developing heart disease, per Yahoo, but it appears Donald has that under control. His EKG and echocardiogram were normal. He also passed his prostate exam and his colonoscopy found no polyps.
There is one area of improvement – his weight. Donald at 236 pounds, the ex-Celebrity Apprentice star is a tad heavy. “I think if I had one thing, I’d like to lose weight. It’s tough because of the way I live, but the one thing I would like to do is be able to drop 15, 20 pounds. It would be good,” Donald said, per ABC News. Well, in order to Donald to drop the weight, he needs to hit up the gym (though he said that he thinks his speeches count as exercise.) Donald may also want to break his habit of eating fast food while on the campaign trail.
Donald disclosing his diagnosis is in response to Hillary hiding her pneumonia. The Democratic Party’s candidate had to leave a 9/11 memorial ceremony early, and after speculation over her health, Hillary revealed her illness. However, just like Donald, her doctor confirmed that the former Secretary of State is “fit to serve” if she’s elected the next President of the USA.
