Awww, LeBron James is so in love with his wife, Savannah! The basketball star and his high school sweetheart celebrated their 3rd wedding anniversary on Sept. 14, and he made sure to publicly send his love in an Instagram message. See it here!
“Happy Anniversary my Queen,” LeBron James wrote to his wife, Savannah, on Instagram. “Been down with me before day 1 of this journey and appreciative you more than life itself. Could not have picked a better side kick to fight crime with. You’re my everything and above! A unbelievable mother, daughter, granddaughter, friend, and wife! Thank you, thank you, thank you!! Love you mama!!”
Is that not the cutest thing you’ve ever read?! LeBron and Savannah have actually been together since high school, although they didn’t get engaged until Dec. 31, 2011, which also happened to be his 27th birthday. Together, they have three adorable children: LeBron Jr., 11, Bryce, 9, and Zhuri, 2.
This whole year has been a good one for LeBron, as he finally led the Cleveland Cavaliers to an NBA Championship in June. The team took down the Golden State Warriors after falling 3-1 in the series, and it was an incredibly epic moment. Of course, Savannah was there supporting him every step of the way, so it’s only appropriate that he publicly paid her back like this on their special day.
Meanwhile, earlier this week, LeBron appeared on Ellen DeGeneres’ show, where he dished on how he feels about his NBA competitor, Steph Curry. “[Steph] is a great guy,” the Cavs star gushed. “And a fierce competitor, I’ll tell you that. Don’t get fooled by that smile when he come up in here!”
HollywoodLifers, what do you think of LeBron’s message to Savannah? What do you think they’ll do to celebrate their anniversary?
