LOL! The Backstreet Boys just took us back to the 90’s and nostalgia is at an all time high! The grammy-nominated group debuted their EPIC acting skills in a series of hilarious videos for a new campaign with Chex Mix, and we’re freaking out! Watch the guys recreate their old look while singing ‘Everybody’!
Nick Carter, Brian Littrell, AJ McLean, Kevin Richardson and Howie Dorough just made our day with an epic new video that has us wishing time travel was a real thing! The guys that make up the Backstreet Boys just set our hearts on fire with their new campaign with Chex Mix. In a series of digital videos from the food brand, the boy band lands in an epic rivalry with the fictitious group, “Snackstreet”. In a documentary style short film the guys hilariously act out a past rivalry with the band, who is seemingly copying their style and music. They manage to recreate their iconic hair, attire and music throughout the video!
In Sound Checks Presents: SNACKSTREET, which looks like an episode of MTV’s True Life, the guys have a “complex” relationship with the Chex Mix band. It takes place in 1996 where Snackstreet was the most popular band. It shows the Backstreet Boys confess their true feelings about their rivals and it’s seriously SO funny!
Nick brought back his gorgeous blonde hair, kevin rocked his long, sleek hair, Brian sported his hilarious ski goggles, AJ wore his epic sunglasses and sideways cap and Howie had the signature 90’s jeans on and we’re instantly in a world of Backstreet Boys heaven! They showed off their sultry dance moves and incredible vocals to “Everybody” and we just couldn’t handle it!
The guys teamed up with Chex Mix to dedicate the campaign to their fans with funny videos. They understand that we all have our favorite member of the group, although we love them all, and now they’re catering to our boy band needs. There’s more amazing videos slated to come, so you can find them here at HollywoodLife.com as they arrive! Now, we need to go watch this on repeat!
