Finally! A name to the voice! Miguel puts a spin on Beyonce’s ‘Crazy In Love’ for the very sexy ‘Fifty Shades Darker’ trailer. Is Miguel’s version better than Queen Bey’s? Listen and decide for yourself!
Fifty Shades Darker is continuing the “Crazy In Love” obsession. Just like the Fifty Shades of Grey trailer, the sequel features the hit Beyonce, 35, song as the main background music. Only this time, Miguel, 30, is singing the tune. Like Beyonce did with her rendition for the first movie in the franchise, Miguel takes the song from its original energetic pace and transforms it into a much slower, sultrier tune. But Miguel does hit those high notes we know so well.
Miguel’s cover is a slow burn and definitely has an edge to it. Much like E.L. James’ second book, Miguel takes “Crazy In Love” to a whole new level. “Crazy In Love” will always be Bey’s song, but we love Miguel’s take on it.
The first trailer for the highly-anticipated sequel debuted on Sept. 13. The trailer is downright HOT, and that’s an understatement. Christian (Jamie Dornan) and Anastasia (Dakota Johnson) turn up the heat in their romance with shower sex, a masquerade ball, and a no-holds-barred view on their relationship.
The soundtrack for Fifty Shades of Grey was just as good as the movie. In addition to Beyonce, The Weeknd, 26, Ellie Goulding, 29, Sia, 40, and more contributed to the soundtrack. You know the Fifty Shades Darker soundtrack is going to be a hit. Miguel’s given us a taste, and now we want more!
Fifty Shades Darker will be released Feb. 10, 2017. The movie also stars Kim Basinger, 62, Hugh Dancy, 41, Eric Johnson, 37, and Tyler Hoechlin, 29. Only a few more months until we get our hands on this movie!
