Khloe Kardashian, 32, appeared to be having some self esteem issues on Sept. 11 when she posted a photo of herself to Instagram from a month ago when she showed off some dramatic weight loss. “Throw back pic…. I miss my in shape body 😩😫 put down the fork Khloé,” she captioned the photo. Ouch. Khloe, that seems a bit harsh on yourself, don’t you think? Saying you shouldn’t eat is pretty extreme and your fans think so too.

We totally agree Khloe! Yes, you aren’t stick thin, but you have an AMAZING body. You need to be healthy and happy. You need to think about what’s best for you and your body as a whole. And that definitely means eating! If you want to lose weight and get a little more fit again you can go about it in a healthier way than just “putting down the fork.” Stay focused on a healthy diet and exercise. You have so many fans who love you and want what’s best for you, and you are also a role model for them. Eat, girl!
