Lily-Rose Depp gave us serious Old Hollywood vibes at the Venice Film Festival. The model and actress stunned with side swept curls and a dark smokey eye. Get the exact how-to for her hairstyle, ahead!
Lily-Rose Depp, 17, has been slaying the beauty game at the 73rd Annual Venice Film Festival. Rocking two beauty looks in one day on Sept. 8, Johnny Depp‘s daughter started things out with a simple and sweet look. Wearing a bright yellow dress, Lily wore her hair in a simple knot with clean skin and kohl-rimmed eyes. But for the red carpet premiere of her movie, Planetarium, Lily went for major glam with a Veronica Lake-inspired look.
For her glossy blonde locks, hairstylist Johnnie Sapong worked with Leonor Greyl, sharing his four-step routine, below.
1) To keep Lily’s hair protected from heat styling and to add volume to her fine hair, Johnnie first applied Leonor Greyl Condition Naturelle, $38, and Mousse Au Lotus Volumatrice, $46, through her hair while it was still damp.
2) After blow drying her hair out smooth, Johnnie created a deep side part and used a medium-sized barrel iron to curl sections of her hair, giving the curls light hold with Leonor Greyl Laque Souple, $36.
3) Once the curls had cooled, Johnnie applied a bit of the Leonor Greyl Eclat Naturel Styling Cream, $46, to his brush and gently ran it through the curls to smooth them out.
4) For volume and hold as Lily walked the red carpet, Johnnie finished by misting Leonor Greyl Voluforme, $36, from roots to ends.
Keeping her makeup dramatic as well, Sarai Fiszel worked with Chanel Beauty to perfect Lily’s skin and bold brows. With the foundation of her look set, Sarai added a statement smokey eye with deep chocolate shadows that were winged out at the outer corners of Lily’s eyes. Several coats of black mascara on her lashes and an easy nude lip completed Lily’s red carpet glam.
