Karlie Kloss is giving us major ab envy on the October cover of ‘Women’s Health.’ The model and tech entrepreneur spilled all of her workout and diet tips inside the mag, and we’re sharing them right here. Click ahead to copy Karlie’s routine!
Karlie Kloss has never looked better! The 24-year-old’s October cover with Women’s Health magazine was just unveiled, and Karlie looks amazing in a tiny pair of metallic running shorts and ab-baring metallic bandeau sports bra. Despite having her own line of cookies (Klossies) with Milk Bar Bakery, Karlie still manages to stay in top shape, and she shared exactly how she does it.
“I’m pretty healthy most of the time,” Karlie tells Women’s Health. “I eat a lot of fish, a lot of vegetables. I really love to cook with really clean, and fresh ingredients,” she said. And while she loves to indulge in sweets, in the days leading up to a big event like New York Fashion Week, Karlie doesn’t mess around, telling the mag that she’s careful about not eating too many treats.
To work off the sweets she loves so much, Karlie is dedicated to her fitness routine. “I get my tennis shoes on, put my headphones in, and run a slow five miles,” she says. “I’m disciplined because [working out is] the best gift you can give yourself. It’s therapy and stress release, and it reminds you to breathe.”
She even keeps up her routine during fashion week, saying that she combats those fashion week nerves “by breaking a good sweat.” And even though she’s a runway vet at this point, Karlie says she still definitely gets nervous. “No matter how many times I’ve walked the runway shows I always sort of get that adrenaline leading up to it,” she explains. Nervous or not, Karlie always kills it on the runway and we can’t wait to see which designers she’ll walk for this season.
