It’s been 20 years since JonBenet Ramsey was killed inside her own home, and now ‘The Killing Of JonBenet: The Truth Uncovered’ desperately hopes to help investigators find her killer. Click inside to WATCH.
Will we ever know who killed 6-year-old JonBenet Ramsey? If the multiple documentaries coming to a television near you have their way, then we will hopefully be able to identify the man or woman who took the innocent little girl’s life in the middle of the night. In the first trailer for A&E’s mini-series, The Killing Of JonBenet: The Truth Uncovered, new interviews with key witnesses seem to fully support the theory that an “intruder” was behind JonBenet’s death.
A&E’s documentary explores America’s fascination with JonBenet’s murder, as well as the different ways the case were presented to the public over the years. In the trailer viewers are promised new evidence and interviews, including those that question the alleged use of a stun gun on JonBenet.
JonBenet’s father, John Ramsey, is also interviewed, while private investigators discuss the suspicion that an intruder broke into the home the night of the little girl’s death. This is a massive contrast to the 6-hour documentary CBS is preparing to release, in which the trailer repeatedly suggests that JonBenet’s family could still be responsible for this horrific murder.
The Killing Of JonBenet: The Truth Uncovered will air on Monday, Sept. 5 at 9/8c.
