Baylee Curran may be entangled in more than her alleged gun altercations with Chris Brown. A new report is claiming that her title was taken due to alleged ‘racial comments,’ ‘risqué’ photos and ‘catty’ behavior. The report also claims there are ‘eyewitnesses’ that can confirm the allegations!
Baylee Curran, 24, has been at the center of the controversial spotlight since she claimed Chris Brown, 27, allegedly pulled a gun on her August 30. Now, a new September 1 report claims they know why she was stripped of her Miss CA regional crown. “Baylee only served as Miss California Regional from April 1 to July 5 due to multiple allegations that were further investigated,”a pageant organization’s rep told E!. What were these apparent “allegations?” — E! reports that a source close to Baylee told them that she supposedly used “racial comments regarding African Americans,” explaining that “Baylee made racial slurs to the person’s face. This person was someone very closely related with the pageant directly that she should have respected.” E! notes that “specific comments” Baylee supposedly made were not mentioned.
The sites apparent source claims Baylee “was very catty with the other girls and she made girls feel uncomfortable.” As for the alleged “risqué” photos, E!’s source claims they’re “not nude, but they were risqué, which goes against a clause in the contract she signed stating that the titleholder is not allowed to take any sexually suggestive or pornographic photos.”
While Baylee has denied that there is any truth to these reports, the site is claiming, “There are emails, text conversations, and eyewitnesses that can confirm all of these allegations as well as the fact that the only reason why Baylee still has the sash and crown in her possession is because the organization has not been able to get in touch with her to confiscate. They have contacted her several ways and several times.”
When E! sat down with the Baylee, she told them the opposite. She said, “I have never taken a nude photo in my life, so I don’t know if those nude photos were produced on their own. I haven’t seen anything yet.” When the site asked her about “racial slurs,” she went on explain, “Oh, I’m not racist. I’m not racist. Nor have I ever made any racial slurs…Like I said, there are a lot of false accusations coming about at the moment.” Baylee did however admit that her Miss. California situation is “kind of another legal situation,” explaining, “I did see some statements that they were trying to refill my title because of nudes.”
