You never know where Justin Bieber is going to put on a mini concert! The ‘What Do You Mean’ singer is known for randomly serenading people all over town, and this time, he popped up at a local bar in Los Angeles, CA on Aug. 28 to show off his karaoke skills. WATCH the video here!
Yep, you heard that right! Justin Bieber, 22, may not have been present at the 2016 MTV Video Music Awards, but that’s because he was too busy slaying Jerry Lee Lewis‘ “Great Balls of Fire”. You go, Biebs! WATCH him kill it above.
Justin made another surprise musical appearance at The Nice Guy in February, where he serenaded a group of girls with two of his own songs, plus a cover of One Republic‘s “Apologize”. He’s not usually one for a lowkey, acoustic performance, so the fact that he simply played piano and sang was enough to make the world swoon. We also love seeing him let loose and have fun at a bar, like he did last night! Some lucky fans even grabbed JB for a quick selfie in the bar:
Though he was clearly having a blast here, Justin’s absence at the 2016 VMAs was missed. He was nominated for Video of the Year and Best Pop Video for “Sorry”, plus Breakthrough Long Form Video for PURPOSE: The Movement, but he lost to Beyonce in every category! Obviously, he figured it wasn’t worth the trip. Too bad, because he missed a series of epic performances that will go down in history! Be sure to check out our post on all of the best moments from the VMAs and make sure you’re caught up.
HollywoodLifers, what do you think of JB’s attempt at karaoke? Do you wish he had gone to the VMAs instead?
