Fans couldn’t believe that Juan Gabriel had passed away, as he was only 66 years old and had just performed in Los Angeles two days before his Aug. 28 death in Santa Monica. Law enforcement suspected Juan died of a heart attack, according to TMZ. Because there was no prior indication that Juan’s health was ailing, fans were even more shocked to hear that such a legend was gone so soon. As soon as news broke of Juan’s death, fans flooded social media with sweet remembrances of the Mexican singer.
“Thank you for putting your heart and soul into all of your music. #JuanGabriel #legend,” one fan wrote on Twitter. “There is really no one like @soyjuangabriel and there won’t be.
