Cara Delevingne has ditched her pants all in the name of charity! The model covered the newest issue of ‘Sunday Times Style’ and looked absolutely stunning! And the reason why she went bottomless in the racy shoot will blow you away even more! See the pic here!
Cara, 23, definitely knows how to bring the wow factor. On the cover of the Sunday Times, Cara gave her signature pout, wearing a baggy sweatshirt with no bottoms on! The only thing covering her lady bits happened to be a sunflower. “Cara Gets Serious,” the sub-line said on the cover. SO epic!
While it isn’t too rare to see celebrities strip down to no bottoms or top, Cara has specifically ditched the clothes in honor of the Gynecological Cancer Fund’s (GCF) Lady Garden campaign. The campaign is the foundation’s newly established organization to raise funds in support of Dr. Susana Banerjee, a leading oncologist at The Royal Marsden medical center for research in gynecological cancer. OMG, that is so amazing! The campaign has also partnered up with Topshop to release a series of clothing that features the Lady Garden emblem pointing down at the crotch. Cara is wearing one of the hoodies from the limited edition collection on the cover, do you love it?
The high fashion model also shared and promoted the cover on her Instagram, revealing that she was both pleased with the cover and proud to support such an amazing cause. “I am so happy with this cover & thrilled to be helping raise awareness for a cause that is so important,” Cara captioned her post on Instagram on Aug. 26. In addition to the cover, Cara also debuted a video about the campaign on Aug. 27. In the mini clip, the camera gradually scales Cara’s amazonian body, while she lifts up her ‘Lady Garden’ hoodie to unveil the sunflower over her bare bottom. When the camera finally lands on her face, Cara simply gives a cute wink. “What do you call yours?” The caption reads.
Cara has always been an active member in movements concerning women, and this isn’t her first time teaming up with the GCF for an amazing awareness drive. In Apr. 2016, the Paper Towns star participated in the Lady Garden 5K run, which took place in London’s Battersea Park. The event also invited celebs including Melanie C aka Sporty Spice from the Spice Girls, to take part in a series of activities and entertainment. SO fun!
In the UK alone, more than 20,000 women are diagnosed with gynecological cancer every year, including ovarian, womb, cervical, vaginal, and vulval, according to The Daily Mail. More than 7,700 of these women will die from the diagnosis. Cara and the Lady Garden campaign are truly doing some extraordinary things to help women fight cancer!
