Kim Kardashian is looking slimmer than ever! The reality TV star flaunted her post-baby beach body during a trip to Mexico with daughter North and son Saint West. Rocking a barely-there nude bikini that showed off the results of her exercise and diet routine following the birth of Saint in December, we’re sharing all the details on how she did it.
Kim Kardashian, 35, has been working hard to get back in shape after the birth of her and Kanye West‘s son, and she’s shared her whole journey with her fans. From her Atkins meal plan and grueling workouts with trainer Don Brooks to her visit to the plastic surgeon, here’s how she lost 70 pounds.
Before Kim was sharing Snapchats as she stepped onto the scale, she was telling fans about her low-carb diet with Atkins. Specifically developed for moms who are breastfeeding, Kim was aiming to lose two pounds each week. Eating lots of fresh fruit, veggies and protein, daily meals for Kim include oats with berries for breakfast, a snack of fruits or veggies, a protein-packed salad for lunch and more protein alongside veggies for dinner. The plan even allows for her to indulge her sweet tooth with Atkins’ dark chocolate and caramel bars.
But before she was ready to hit the beach in a bikini, Kim also started amping up her workouts. Following in the footsteps of sisters Kourtney and Khloe Kardashian, Kim began training with Don, who developed the Don-A-Matrix method. In addition to sprinting up the hills near her house each morning, Don also had Kim working in the gym and adding resistance bands and weights into her routine to burn more calories.

Then, of course, Kim also recently paid a visit to her plastic surgeon, Dr. Ourian, for a non-surgical tummy tuck. Proudly showing off her bikini body in a series of Snapchats like the one above, Kim’s total body routine left her with flat abs and toned legs — all while keeping her signature curves.
