Selena Gomez Slams Justin Bieber: Don’t Pick Sofia Richie Over Your Fans

OMG, Selena Gomez just put Justin Bieber on blast! After he threatened to make his Instagram private because of the Belieber hate over his new fling Sofia Richie, Selena commented on his pic to declare that he shouldn’t be mad at his fans. See her defensive remark right here!

“If you can’t handle the hate then stop posting pictures of your girlfriend lol -it should be special between you two only. Don’t be mad at your fans. They love you and supported you before any one ever did,” Selena, 24, wrote. And no, this was not a direct message to Justin — Selena publicly commented on his picture, clearly not caring if the whole world saw it!

Selena’s slam to Justin, 22, is in response to his Aug. 13 rant against his fans after he shared a bunch of pictures of himself and Sofia joking around. Beliebers were evidently saying some pretty nasty things about Justin’s supposed new romance, which he said was “getting out of hand” and swore that he would make his Instagram private if it didn’t stop. As Justin’s former love, Selena must have felt it was her duty to put him into place after making such a threat!

While it’s understandable for Justin to be upset that his fans apparently don’t approve of his new girl, his fans were pretty offended that he would put Sofia before them. They even started a hashtag #RIPBeliebers! “Some beliebers have been here for 8+ years when this girl came in his life hm 4 days ago maybe? its disgusting,” one hurt fan wrote. Looks like Selena agreed huh?

Justin seemingly hasn’t responded to Selena’s Belieber defending, but something tells us it’ll only be a matter of time before JB takes some action on it. Whether Selena’s comment will help or hurt Justin’s situation with his fans and Sofia, who knows — but we certainly hope it has a positive affect!
