What was supposed to be a fun night turned horrific for 40 people at a Snoop Dogg & Wiz Khalifa show in New Jersey. A fence collapsed in the middle of the show, leaving the concertgoers seriously injured! Click through to watch footage of the insane moment.
Wiz Khalifa and Snoop Dogg were performing at the BB&T Pavilion in Camden, New Jersey on August 5, which is an outdoor arena. From the footage taken of the incident, you can see that some people in the audience were up on the lawn right above the lucky ones in the pit.
The flimsy fence they were all dancing against crumbled around 10:30pm, sending tons of people falling onto the concert floor! Add them to the people they landed on, and around 40 people were injured, according to Camden county spokesperson Dan Kasher! The audience was sitting right before this happened, and you can hear Snoop and Wiz telling them to “stand up”! Uh oh — did that have anything to do with this incident?
The rest of the show was canceled as medics were called in to address the dozens of injuries at the arena. Dan told NBC Philadelphia that the majority of the injuries were broken bones, and bumps and bruises. One person who remains unidentified, however, was listed in critical condition and taken to the hospital.

Wiz and Snoop were escorted away from the stage by security as soon as it became clear what was happening. Announcers came on over the speakerphones, telling the audience to remain calm, according to concertgoer Katie Colbridge, who spoke to NBC Philly. However, organizers cleared the 25,000 seat pavilion completely as soon as it became clear how severe the situation really was.
The August 6 “I Love the ’90s” show, featuring Salt-N-Pepa, Vanilla Ice, Coolio, Color Me Badd and more is still scheduled to go on as planned. There’s no word yet on if the railing’s been fixed.
