Kim Kardashian has one of the most enviable figures in Hollywood, but she still puts in quite the effort to keep her curves on fleek. The reality TV queen revealed she checks her weight DAILY and writes the number on the wall! So, is she a little too concerned about her post-baby bod?
Kim Kardashian, 35, will share one of her shocking slim-down tips on an upcoming episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashians. The reality star, who lost 70 pounds after the birth of her son Saint, was visiting Ernest Hemingway‘s historical home in Cuba, when it was divulged that the author used to check his weight everyday and write the number on the wall. This discovery prompted Kimmy to make her reveal: “That’s like me!” Who knew? Kim was joined by her sis Kourtney, 37, for a tour of the house, which has since been transformed into a museum.
Kim previously revealed she obtained her sizzling physique by sticking to the Atkins Diet. She focused on eating veggies, nuts and other lean proteins — instead of loading up on carbs. On her website, she wrote: “I woke up every day at six in the morning and worked out. It was really hard for me to diet [with the] first baby. This time was so much easier and I realized [it comes down to] the food. I mean, I love to work out and you definitely have to work out to tone up, but so much of it is how you eat. I had to really stay focused. I had to cut out all the sweets.”
She’s got a bangin’ body to flaunt these days, so it definitely paid off! Kim showed off her washboard abs and hourglass frame in Fergie‘s “M.I.L.F $,” on July 1, alongside other A-list stunners like Allesandra Ambrosio and Chrissy Teigen. Of course, she didn’t stop there. Kim also displayed her slimmed down figure for the June issue of Vogue Australia, wearing a white cotton jacket with a leather corset to cinch her tiny waist. Keep slaying, Kimmy!
