Wow! Angela Bassett looked absolutely jaw-dropping at the 2016 Democratic National Convention, wearing a pleated blue dress which hugged tight to her enviable figure as she walked towards the podium. HollywoodLife.com has the details on her classy look, right here.
Angela Bassett, 57, was positively divine as she graced the stage with her presence on day three of the DNC in Philadelphia, wearing a mid length Karen Millen Blue Pencil Dress with a pleated collar. The actress showed off her toned arms in the short-sleeve design, pairing her sophisticated ensemble with dainty accessories that were the perfect choice for the occasion. She opted for dangling silver earrings which draped near her shoulders, complimenting her shorter banged ‘do with a blunt cut. The Whats Love Got To Do With It star completed her look with black, suede pointed toe pumps.
She certainly captivated the audience with her empowering monologue, showing her support to Democratic candidate, Hillary Clinton, 68. Unsurprisingly, Angela’s skin looked ageless. She rocked smokey eye shadows, rosewood creme rouge on her cheeks and a champagne colored gloss. The actress recently launched a skincare line with dermatologist Dr. Barbara Sturm. Specifically formulated for skin of color, the line addresses issues like hyper-pigmentation and inflammation, which skin of color is more prone to experiencing.
Angela has been vocal about her support for Hillary for quite some time now. In February, she spoke at South Carolina State University to campaign for Hillary, and she told Essence that she thought Hillary was “more than qualified for the job.”

Of course, Angela is far from Hillary’s only celebrity supporter. During the DNC alone, Demi Lovato and Alicia Keys each performed onstage, while actresses like Lena Dunham, America Ferrera and Elizabeth Banks attended to speak in support of Hillary.
