The 5-foot-11 model loves boxing. Gotham Gym‘s owner, Rob Piela, told Us Weekly, that a quick and easy way to torch calories and get toned is to jump rope!
It’s actually very difficult, so work your way up to 30 minutes a day. 30 minutes can burn about 375 calories! Also, to get sweet abs like Gigi, do three sets of planks every day. Hold as long as your can, and keep your core tight. Don’t lift your butt. Planks are “an excellent way to hit the transverse abdominals,” Rob says.

About boxing, Gigi previously told Us Weekly: “It’s my new obsession. [The boxing ring] is like my second home in New York. It’s not just like going to the gym and working to work out, because that gets so boring to me,” she continued. “It’s something I can get better at, and that’s why I like it.”
