As Louis Tomlinson, 24, and Briana Jungwirth‘s, 23, custody battle over son Freddie heats up, allegations have been flying! Not only is Briana reportedly demanding more money from the One Direction singer, but she’s also apparently accused Louis’ girlfriend, Danielle Campbell, 21, of being a crazed fan who may harm her and baby Freddie. Yikes! But good news for Louis — according to a California attorney, Briana will most likely not be getting another cent from her baby daddy, as “$15k a month is MORE than enough for the child.”
“If Louis lives in a 10,000 sq. ft home and the mother lives in a 5,000 sq. ft home does she need more money? A California judge will say no cause the child is unaware of surroundings,” David Pisarra, a California father’s rights attorney explained EXCLUSIVELY to HollywoodLife.com.
And with Louis reportedly already paying $15k a month in child support while ALSO paying for Briana and Freddie to stay in a million dollar home, according to TMZ, the odds apparently look even BETTER for Louis. “The current report of $15k a month is more than enough for the child, and that will likely not be changed by a judge anytime soon,” David added.
But the reason Louis and Briana are going to court in the first place? Louis has claimed that Briana has been “inconsistent” in giving him access to Freddie, especially recently, according to the publication. So Louis has decided to seek joint physical and legal custody of their son, as well as “a 50/50 split in terms of the division of time each spends with their son,” a source for the publication revealed.
And it looks like Louis will also get his way with that ruling. “Louis has legal rights to see his son, because he likely signed a voluntary declaration of paternity that allows his name to appear on the birth certificate,” the attorney explained. “When Louis put his name on the birth certificate, which he probably did sign, he would be the father from the legal side… In California, what is normal is for the father’s visitation rights to slowly increase over the first six months of the child’s life until the father shares fifty-fifty custody with the mother.”
So basically Louis doesn’t have TOO much to be worried about! After all, David made sure to point out that a judge will look at what is “realistic” and “fair.” And if you ask us, seeing his son a little bit more while paying $15K a month is MORE than fair!
