Poor Louis Tomlinson. The One Direction singer wants to see his 5-month-old son as much as possible, but his baby mama, Brianna Jungwirth, has been denying him access to their child. So now, he’s taking her to court to seek joint custody, a new report claims. Get all the details here.
Louis Tomlinson‘s baby mama, Brianna Jungwirth, 23, has been making the One Direction singer’s life very difficult. She’s allegedly been keeping Louis, 24, from his 5-month-old son, Freddie Reign, so now, he’s reportedly taking her to court to seek joint custody. Good for him!
Brianna has been “inconsistent” in giving Louis access to Freddie, especially recently, a source told TMZ. And because of that, Louis is taking her to court and seeking joint physical and legal custody of their son, as well as “a 50/50 split in terms of the division of time each spends with their son,” the source added.
As of right now, the One Direction singer is paying Brianna $15,000 in child support. He’s also renting a $1 million house for Briana and Freddie in Calabasas, TMZ notes.
It’s so sad that things have come to this. Especially because in late April, Briana’s cousin, Ashley Jessica, said “there’s nothing negative between them.”
“There’s nothing negative between them – they’re co-parenting and doing a great job,” Ashley told Now! Magazine at the time. “She’s not [demanding $20,000 a month from Louis]. People believe these things which is why we all get so much hate. She’s asking for a reasonable amount and is living a good life.”
If she’s living a “good life,” we can’t imagine why she’s deny Louis access to their child. Let’s hope this issue gets resolved quickly! Louis and Briana deserve equal time with their child.
