So heartbreaking. A 911 call from Taylor Sheats, made just moments before she was killed by her own mother, was just released on June 28, and it’s so hard to listen to. To hear it, keep reading. But we warn you, it’s very graphic.
In the nearly 30-second clip, Taylor’s words are barely recognizable, but you can hear her yell, “I’m shot,” before she struggles to cry for help from the 911 dispatcher.
The 911 operator then asks, “Hello? What’s the address?” Sadly, Taylor didn’t respond. And moments later, she died.
Jason had recently reconciled with Christy, and it was during his birthday on Friday, when she called a family meeting. Sadly, that’s when the altercation escalated into an execution. Christy tried to kill Jason, along with their daughters, but he was saved by a neighbor who allowed him in their house. Christy was later killed by police when she threatened to shoot her already-deceased daughters again.
Along with Taylor, Madison and her father, Jason, also made 911 calls, which are just as disturbing. Madison screamed, “please, don’t shoot,” in her call, while Jason yelled, “Please forgive me, I’m sorry! Please don’t shoot, I’m sorry, no!” Ugh. They’re so hard to listen to.
We can’t even begin to fathom the heartbreak Jason’s experiencing right now.
Our thoughts continue to go out to the Sheats family and their friends during this difficult time in their lives. So sad.
