Fourth time was not the charm for Lisa Marie Presley, 48. The singer/actress has reportedly filed for divorce from Michael Lockwood, ten and a half years after they tied the knot. Get the latest details here.
Lisa Marie cited irreconcilable differences in her divorce documents, with the date of separation listed as June 13, according to TMZ. She is reportedly seeking full custody of the pair’s seven-year-old twins, Harper and Finley, although she’s not asking for any spousal or child support.
Michael and Lisa tied the knot in Japan in Jan. 2006, but she has a pretty wild romantic history from before they got together. Her first marriage was to Danny Keough in 1988, and together they had two kids, Riley Keough and Benjamin Keough. They divorced in May 1994, but remain friends personally and professionally.
Just 20 days after the divorce, Lisa Marie got re-married…to Michael Jackson. She stood by Michael throughout the child molestation claims against him, but they would up divorcing in January 1996. The exes spent the next four years in an on-off relationship, but were still unable to work it out, and in 2000, she got engaged to John Oszajca.
Upon meeting Nicolas Cage at a party, though, Lisa Marie called off the engagement, and she married the actor in Aug. 2002, just ten days after he proposed. 108 days later, Nicolas filed for divorce, in Nov. 2002, although it wasn’t finalized until May 2004.
After the breakup, Lisa Marie met Michael, and they tied the knot on Jan. 22, 2006. The 48-year-old gave birth to their twin daughters in Oct. 2008. We’re so sad to learn this one didn’t work out!
