Kim Kardashian, 35, just lost 60 pounds of baby weight, Khloe Kardashian, 31, looks super hot after losing around 40 pounds, and Kourtney Kardashian, 37, is more toned than ever after having three kids! The girls are working out with trainer Don Brooks daily, and now, they are sharing their secrets!
The girls frequently Snapchat their workouts with Don. Kim has been sprinting up hills — interval training is great for weight loss and running outside is totally free!
Another thing the girls love to do is jump rope! They time themselves to see if they can get over 500 jumps in just a few minutes — quite a challenge! A jump rope is small, cheap and easy to use. Plus, it takes almost no space to store it, so it’s great if you live in an apartment!

It really gets your heart rate up in a short amount of time! Kim has also been following the Atkins diet to shed the pounds she gained during her pregnancy with Saint West.
Some other small and super effective equipment pieces loved by Khloe are resistance bands and hand weights. She wrote on her app: “A great exercise band is a MUST.
