You don’t mess with Jordan Rodgers! The man vying for JoJo’s heart on ‘The Bachelorette’ was called out by a user claiming that they found him on dating app, Raya — and now he’s saying it’s not true.
The rules when you go on a show like The Bachelorette are clear — when you’re sent home, you can’t post anything with anyone new until the world knows you’ve already been eliminated. So when fans started claiming that Jordan Rodgers, the 27-year-old frontrunner currently on JoJo Fletcher‘s season, was on a dating app, he absolutely went off in a very lengthy denial.
On Wednesday, Jordan posted a very long note on Twitter to defend himself saying that he didn’t have time to delete the app before going on the show, since he joined so last minute. He also added that reports of him being still on it now were “completely false,” and that his account had been “inactive since Feb + completely cancelled exact min phone was returned 2 me in May.”
“I did not sign nor agree to do the show until March 12th, the day before we reported to LA for filming,” he wrote. “I still had not signed a contract. My name was leaked before I ever gave a verbal and in fact I said I would not do it, yet I was leaked anyway before agreeing. I inactivated my profile on Raya immediately before filming. Meaning my profile was no longer visible to anyone to “match” or anything.”
He also attached an email showing that due to inactivity, his account subscription would be cancelled in June. Then, on Thursday morning he added a screengrab of an email he sent to Raya, as well as a reply showing that the last time his account was active was on March 11th — before he went on the show.

“I will reiterate my profile was inactive/and hidden to all users since filming of ht show started,” he continued. “Had I had any lead time more than 24 hours to know I was going to b on this show I would’ve more efficiently wrapped up issues like this including my gas/electric bills, which I missed and had to try to pay, without access to my phone, from another country during filming.”
HollywoodLifers, do you believe Jordan?
