Rick Ross takes the cake for name dropping in his new song ‘Same Hoes’, and topping the list of peers mentioned is Chris Brown. LISTEN to Rick claim that he and Chris have, ah, the same taste in women in his new song right here!
Rick Ross, 40, has named names in his new track, to say the least. Take a listen to “Same Hoes”, which features a shocking lyric about Chris Brown, plus mentions of Justin Bieber, Snoop Dogg and more!
Rick raps that he and Chris are, to put it delicately, one of a kind when it comes to their romantic preferences: “Me and Chris Brown, we f*ck the same hoes/The same hoes/The same hoes.” Not the most eloquent of verses, but he gets the point across. Listen:
Rick is not a stranger to name dropping in his songs. In “Free Enterprise”, he raps about assassinating Donald Trump: “Assassinate Trump like I’m Zimmerman/Now accept these words as they came from Eminem.” Rick did explain the lyric to Rolling Stone, saying he “would never advocate violence on Trump or anyone. It’s lyrical assassination”. He added: “That’s me being a poet, putting words together in my art form, with no violence in my heart at all. Clarify that. Matter of fact, my cameraman was Trump’s caddy at his golf course for five years, and he says Trump is cool as f*ck.” Okay, interesting. Then there’s “Color Money” from his album Black Market, in which he calls out Meek Mill and his tour with Nicki Minaj. “My little homie made a million on his girl’s tour…I got more money than that p*ssy that you’re signed to,” Rick raps. Lovely.
